Refund Policy

Atlas Media Services wants customers to clearly understand the conditions that apply to refund requests for digital products.

1. Refund Eligibility

Unless a different period is clearly displayed on the product checkout page, customers may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

A refund request must be submitted by the original purchaser using the email address associated with the order.

2. How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address used during checkout.
  • The name of the product purchased.
  • The approximate purchase date.
  • The reason for the request.

We may request additional information to locate and verify the transaction.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method.

After a refund is issued, the time required for the funds to appear depends on the customer’s bank, card issuer, and payment processor. Processing may take approximately 5 to 10 business days.

4. Digital Product Access

When a refund is approved, access to the refunded digital product may be terminated immediately.

The customer may no longer use, copy, distribute, download, or share the refunded product or its materials.

5. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us promptly. Confirmed duplicate transactions will be reviewed and corrected.

6. Unauthorized Transactions

If you do not recognize a charge, contact our support team before filing a dispute whenever possible. We will assist in identifying the purchase and reviewing the transaction.

7. Requests Outside the Refund Period

Refund requests received after the stated refund period may be denied, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly promised on the product checkout page.

8. Exceptions

A refund may be denied where there is evidence of:

  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Abuse of the refund policy.
  • Repeated purchases followed by repeated refund requests.
  • Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of product materials.
  • A request submitted by someone other than the original purchaser.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Subscription Products

If a product includes recurring billing, the customer must cancel before the next billing date to prevent a future charge.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a payment already processed, unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.
